AFMMAA Academic Achievement Awards
AFMMAA provides two categories of financial awards for academic achievement to children and grandchildren of AFRL/RX civilian and military members. The purpose of the awards is to foster interest in AFRL/RX- and STEM-related fields, and to encourage post-secondary education for children and grandchildren of current AFRL/RX government civilian and military employees.
The awards are funded by contributions from AFMMAA members, friends of AFMMAA, and in some cases by contributions from past scholarship awardees or their families.
College Scholarship

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Camp Subsidy
A partial reimbursement intended to offset application, travel, and/or lodging expenses associated with a student’s attendance at one of the following camps during the one year period prior to September 15, 2026.
The 2025 Scholarship Program and the STEM Camp Subsidy Program Descriptions, along with their respective application forms, may be viewed and downloaded using these links:

Because the scholarship program is funded entirely by contributions from AFMMAA members and friends, we would be delighted to receive any additional financial support that would enhance our ability to continue this important function. Donated funds are 100% applied to scholarship awards.
